NOW OFFERING ONLINE CLASSES
In light of COVID-19, we have gone virtual. We are offering daily donation-based classes ONLINE to help you stick with your practice, get physical movement and relax through meditation.
We are asking for donations to help us continue to provide these services as well as to pay our teachers and continued expenses. However, we understand some students are going through very uncertain financial times right now. If that is you, please enjoy these classes free of charge. For our other guests, please pay what you can. If you can give a little, thank you. If you can give more, thank you. We are so grateful for your support and it is so important for us to support you however we can during these times.

Welcome to Studio Ohana! We're so glad you've found your way here. We've created a space where EVERYONE (Bahamians and visitors alike) is welcome and feels at home - new yogis, seasoned yogis, non-yogis, everyone!
As yogis and athletes, our journey has been about so much more than just yoga - and that's why we believe it's so important to offer a wide range of not only yoga classes, but other forms of fitness that add to your overall wellbeing.
In addition, we offer wellness practices including life coaching, monthly women's circles and more.
