BEGINNER YOGA (Level I)
This class focuses on alignment within yoga postures found in a traditional vinyasa class, but also goes beyond just the postures to introduce new practitioners to the wider system of yoga and all it has to offer including breathing techniques, principles of classical yoga, meditation and more.
DHARMA YOGA (Level I/II)
Developed by legendary yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra, these sequences truly incorporate the full spectrum that yoga has to offer. Each class includes arm balances & inversions, chanting, breathing (pranayama) and meditation. Set to calming and traditional music, this class will leave you feeling grounded but like you challenged yourself. All Dharma classes offer various modifications as well as advancements of postures to give practitioners of all levels the ability to experience real growth in their practice.
GENTLE YOGA (Level I)
Prepare to feel relaxed, refreshed and more peaceful. This class is open to all levels and focuses on providing a softer, more slow-paced and relaxing practice that incorporates gentle movement and stretching. The class concludes with breathing and/or meditation practices.
VIN/YIN (Level I/II)
30 minutes vinyasa flow followed by 45 minutes yin yoga (see descriptions below).
VINYASA FLOW (Level I/II)
Vinyasa will build your strength, flexibility and stamina. This workout incorporates flowing breath with movement through standing and balancing sequences followed by seated postures that will strengthen your core and increase your flexibility. The class is set to modern music and is open to all levels, offering variations and modifications. You’ll leave feeling energized, invigorated and well-balanced.
VINYASA + YOGA NIDRA (Level I/II)

YIN (Level I)
Yin yoga is an amazing complementary practice to your strenuous workouts and active, busy life. The class focuses on gentle yet intense long-held poses (3-5 minutes) combined with breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Yin yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body.
YOGA NIDRA (Level 1)
Yoga Nidra is a practice that initially seems similar to guided meditation and is done laying down in savasana. However, Yoga Nidra is actually a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It has been found to reduce tension and anxiety as it allows the nervous system to reset to a state of calm & ease and to help the hormonal system learn how to rebalance itself. Studies show that one hour in yoga nidra is as restorative as four hours of uninterrupted sleep.
PRENATAL YOGA (Level I)
Prenatal Yoga is more than just modifying poses to accommodate your growing belly. You and your baby only share a home for 9 short months, and together we will grow your bond with your baby, make your pregnancy journey as comfortable as possible, and help prepare your body and mind for labour. With its focus on breath work, strength building, stretching, meditation and relaxation, this is the perfect class for any moment during your pregnancy once past the 12 week mark and is open to any level of experience. Connect with other soon-to-be-mothers in your community – this is a safe space where you can share experiences and tips.
BABY & ME (Level I)
Ready to get out there with your newborn? The Baby & Me class is an excellent way for you to regain flexibility and strength postpartum, whilst still spending time with your baby. This class is designed for mom’s recovery – allowing time for bonding with your baby, getting your sweat on, and sharing with the group. Your baby can join in for some of the poses – there will be time for interactive fun with mom & baby as well as a comfortable space to listen to you and your baby’s needs (breastfeeding, diaper changes, sleeping etc are all welcome in class). Take this time for yourself, to bond with your new family member, and to meet other new moms. Ideal for mothers & their babies aged 6 weeks to 9 months.
BARRE (Level I/II)
The class is set to upbeat, popular music to motivate you through your entire body workout to lengthen and strengthen the body through small, controlled movements. We begin with a quick up-tempo warm up leading into arm toning exercises, we then move to the barre for a full lower body workout complete with some ballet-inspired moves that really target the seat area. This is then followed by core and floor work to bring you to the home stretch of your workout. The class incorporates light hand held weights, resistance bands, small fitness ball, and a ballet barre for a total body conditioning workout. The class is for all fitness levels in that it provides modifications as well as challenges for each move depending on your own level and personal goals. Muscles are worked to fatigue through tiny, controlled movements, isometric moves and high repetition sets, so it is not unusual for muscles to begin to shake and quiver uncontrollably, which you will find is a great thing. A nice cool down and stretch at the end of class will leave your muscles feeling longer, stronger and leaner and you will leave the hour class feeling completely worked out and ready for more.
