Class Schedule

Classes will take place under a covered deck at Orange Hill.  Due to physical distancing standards, we can currently only accommodate 6 students per class.  Due to COVID-19, studio mats and props will not be available.  We ask that you bring your own mat/props and water bottle.

6:00 p.m. - Hatha Yoga + Meditation with Alexis Bethel (75 min)

Wednesdays

6:00 p.m. - Vinyasa Flow with Whitney Fowler (60 min) 

Thursdays

9:30 a.m. - Vinyasa Flow with Alexis Bethel (75 min) 

Fridays

Saturdays
