What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is an ancient relaxation technique, similar to a laying-down guided meditation, that helps reduce stress by de-activating the "fight or flight" response, promotes relaxation by deeply activating the parasympathetic nervous system, changes subconscious limiting beliefs and grants us access to our own internal retreat from the world.
