Social media can be a source of inspiration, laughs, connection, and so much more. But what about when it isn’t? Many of us have had experiences with social media that result in feelings of comparison, desire for validation, feeling left out and more.

Join Alexis Bethel on Wednesday, March 25, for a discussion around social media and how it affects us, as well as how we can turn our social media experience into one that is positive and uplifting.

This is a donation-based event with 100% of proceeds going to the Bahamas Humane Society and the Ranfurly Home for Children. Suggested donation $10. Everyone is welcome!
